Its the driver all the operations reguarding the user. Your ID codes shown on your card enables the user to be identified by emergency responders by a call to ICE. Ice relays your key medical facts to emergency responders, medical centers and hospitals, so that you can receive safer treatments for your health conditions and avoid bad reactions. ICE sends medical informations and documentation to medical centers and hospital per fax, e-mail and sms, in order to save your life always under privacys respect.
